Cette maison de 2 240 pieds carrés est neuve, mise à jour avec un concept ouvert, et est ouverte toute l'année avec air climatisé central, chaleur et foyer au bois. Il peut accueillir confortablement plus de 10 personnes avec 4 chambres, 2 lits superposés et 2 salles de bain.

Notre maison dispose d'une cuisine moderne équipée, d'une salle à manger avec sièges pour 12 personnes, d'une grande salle de télévision familiale et d'un salon avec télévision intelligente à écran plat de 55 pouces (capacités Netflix et HBO GO). Les quatre chambres sont équipées de tout nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme queen. La chambre principale comprend une télévision à écran plat et dispose d'une salle de bain principale avec deux lavabos. On y trouve également un foyer extérieur, un gril et une table pouvant accueillir 12 personnes sur le pont surélevé de la salle à manger. La maison comprend le wi-fi gratuit. Tous les draps, oreillers, serviettes de bain et produits en papier fournis. Deux grands canapés confortables dans la salle de télévision peuvent servir de couchage supplémentaire, si nécessaire. Un matelas pneumatique de qualité supérieure est également fourni pour tout besoin de couchage supplémentaire.

Les équipements inclus sont un four grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière Keurig, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un fer et une table à repasser, un portillon pour enfants, un espace de jeux et de jeux et une cour clôturée, ce qui est pratique pour laisser votre chiot dehors.

La maison est située dans une association familiale qui comprend des fonctionnalités supplémentaires avec de nombreuses places de parking. Un espace de stationnement dédié avec accès facile à la plage de l'association privée (à 300 pieds de la plage) est inclus. La plage de sable comprend des chaises longues, une aire de jeux, des barbecues, un terrain de volley-ball et un foyer pour les belles nuits d'été à la belle étoile! Notre maison est maintenant disponible en hiver pour le ski et la motoneige. Gore Mountain est à seulement 30 minutes. West Mountain est à proximité. Lake Placid est à environ 1 heure.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

We had a great time in Bolton Landing, and this house was in a prime location. It was nice and roomy, with a lot of places for us to hang out separately and together. I only gave 4 stars because the AC was broken for part of our stay, which made for an uncomfortable first couple of nights until the temps fell. We'd love to come back!

Good place but improvements needed

House was basically good, clean, great fenced yard however downstairs where 3 bedrooms are was damp and all the beds need updating. Host was gracious to let us park on his other property to help with walk to beach. Beach was stunning and well equipped with chairs. Enjoyed our stay

Extended Family Vacation

Our family (2 parents, 3 adult children plus two girlfriends) had a lovely stay. Our hosts, Bill and Janet, were so gracious in meeting us at check in and giving us great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Plenty of space in the house for 7 adults to spread out - especially liked the spacious outdoor deck with dining table. Also great to have access to park near the beach! Thank you for a great week!

House was perfect size for our group (3 families with 5 kids under 5). Separate living room areas allowed adults and children to enjoy at the same time. Association beach was great for the kids! Owners were very helpful!

Great holiday stay

We found the place easily and had a seamless check in. Any questions were answered immediately. We found the place more than spacious for our family which included my husband and I, 4 young adult kiddos and 2 fur babies. The fenced in backyard was a great place for them to stretch their legs. Beds were definitely comfy, could use some updating on the bedding but not a big deal. Being a cabin it fit the feel of the place. As some have said the kitchen could use some updating in terms of pots and pans but we were able to create a tasty Thanksgiving dinner by adding a few disposable trays from the local grocery which is only a few miles down the road. All in all we had a great time, took some nice walks to the lake each day, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family. It would be a great place to enjoy the summer. We thank the family again for letting us enjoy their place and even letting us hang out a little longer while we waited out our flight. We appreciate the kindness.

Excellent cabin!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The cabin is very well taken care of and clean. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and gave us great recommendations. We love the location of the neighborhood because it’s close to the town of Bolton Landing and also close to highway access for our excursions.

Nice family location

We had a lovely vacation with family and friends. The house is quite large and suitable for 2 families to stay. There are ample supplies and basics in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and outdoor space. The beach access is quite far away to lug all our stuff but very nice space overall with playground, sandy areas for kids to play and picnic area. Note it is located in association so people may be asking about your stay. Beds could be improved as not as listed. Otherwise plenty of linens. Solid stay but some improvements could be helpful for future visitors!

Great house for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our larger group (7 adults, 2 kids and a dog). We all had our own rooms and beds and it was so nice to have a patio, deck, and big fenced in yard. And being just a couple minute drive away from the town of Bolton is so nice. Bill and Janet were responsive, helpful, and very welcoming! Having lake access was wonderful but we did need to drive almost half a mile to park and then walk down a hill about 200 feet to get to the lake beach. And dogs are not allowed on the beach. Overall it is a fantastic house with everything you need for a great vacation and the whole process was very easy!

Beautiful house, helpful owner!

We had a wonderful time at Bill's place! It was gorgeous, and he and his wife were incredibly helpful at helping us check-in, as well as giving us suggestions as to what to do while we were in Bolton Landing. The private beach was perfect for our family, and also included some games (ping pong, badminton) and a playground for the little ones. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in Bolton Landing!

We loved our stay in Bolton Landing. The Nutlands were very welcoming and provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat while on our vacation. The spacious home was exactly as described and came with plenty of towels, fresh bed linens and kitchen utensils to make it a seamless stay. The beach was very private and allowed us to enjoy the lake. If we could provide any feedback, it would be to ask the homeowners to provide a kayak or canoe for their guests to use as the beach has a beautiful dock and space to do so. Otherwise, this is absolutely worth your value for a family vacation in Bolton Landing!

Beautiful Home to Make Memories

We stayed here in August with (2) families. There was plenty of space for the 2 sets of parents and six kids (ages 16-26). The house was spotless. The homeowners met us upon arrival, were so kind and welcoming! They were readily available for anything we needed and checked on us a few times, which was appreciated. The house had plenty of space to enjoy dinner together on the back deck or at the dining table. The house was stocked with everything we could need and it felt so "welcoming" to open cabinets and drawers and see things that felt like home...We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you, Bill and Janet! It was a perfect week and we appreciated sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful family friendly home

We had 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 14 months to 9 years. The house was perfect for us. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t get enough of the private beach. It has the most spectacular views. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. This property was clean, close to town, and pet friendly. There was lots of space for friends and family to gather for a nice meal on the deck and some delicious smores around the fire pit in the backyard. The owners were attentive and available if we needed anything at all. We were very happy :)

Lovely Stay!

We came out for Memorial Day weekend and while we didn't get lucky with the weather, we did get luck with the home. The pictures don't do it justice - the house is beautiful, homey and comfortable - far enough away to have privacy but close enough to town and the marinas. We were three families (3 couples and 2 pre-teens) and there was plenty of space for everyone. There was a great fenced in backyard for our two small dogs and an outdoor patio space that we enjoyed. Bill and Janet were wonderful hosts and very helpful with any questions and recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious and All Comforts of Home

Bill and Janet's property was a great place to stay during our time in the Lake George area. The interior of the house is spacious allowing room to spread out when needed, and had plenty of seating for a large group to all dine together, inside or out on the covered 2 story deck. The bed situation was just what we needed with all bedrooms having queen beds. There is also bunk bed tucked against the wall in the common area on the lower. The kitchen was very nice with gas stove, and all you'll need for cooking and serving your meals. I appreciated the keurig machine. I brought my favorite coffee from home, and it was nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy my coffee out on the screened in room off the master bedroom. Furniture in this home was all very nice, and comfortable. Nothing in was beat up or run down. I also appreciated that the entire home was actually thoughtfully decorated. I couldn't help but notice the wall decor throughout the home. A nice touch for a rental property. Bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of counter space, and places to stow all your essentials. Shower stall in master is plenty large. And I must give high marks for the towels! I've stayed at a handful of rentals in the past, two others in Lake George. Never have we had such thoughtfulness and consideration from a host. All white clean, crisp towel sets were laid out for all guests on all beds. With extra sets in the home. These were basic, lightweight towels just what I happen to prefer. So much so, I ordered myself the same Amazon Basics for my home. We had our two dogs with us so having the fenced yard was fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights just prior to Memorial Day weekend. Luckily, we had pretty nice weather for our stay, but too early in the season to swim. We visited the private beach on a couple of occasions. Initially, we had a bit of difficulty locating it. No signage (private community, they all know where their beach is). What looked like it could be a private blacktop walkway heading behind some homes is the path to this lovely little beach area. Bill and Janet have two kayaks for use on a rack on the beach which we used and enjoyed. Take your car down for sure! It's steep and a ways down the winding hill. We rented a pontoon boat from Captain Bob's just down the road. We also went to Lake George Village a couple times, 15-20 min drive. Thank you Bill and Janet for being thoughtful hosts!
