Condições do imóvel

Imóvel limpo e bem localizado, o ar condicionado funciona bem, bem próximo ao mar. Porém cabe ressaltar que para pegar a chave somente em horário comercial, pois é uma imobiliária, fica a desejar quanto aos utensílios de cozinha, poucas panelas, a panela maior não tinha tampa, a panela de pressão não tinha o cabo, torneira do tanque não ligava, geladeira extremamente pequena, o fogão só acendia duas bocas, uma eu consegui desentupir a outra não consegui fazer funcionar, o sugar só fazia barulho e derrubava sujeira em cima do fogão, resumindo se você pretende cozinhar esquece por que e impossível, quanto aos colchões já está na hora de trocar, se você é leve até passa, mas no meu caso que peso 100kg é terrível, eu deito e ele afunda, destrói qualquer coluna, você amanhece entrevado. Fora isso tudo tranquilo.
