Stunning Home Right on Beach! All the Amenities- Unreal Sunsets!!

Home is very well-appointed with large bedrooms and up to date everything. Kitchen has every appliance you can imagine! Bathrooms are large and bedrooms are large with walk in closets. Beach equipment has everything. Kayak, paddle boards (2), fishing equipment, football, soccer ball, plus ping pong table in open air space. Krissy was very communicative and prompt in replies. Beach is back in great shape! Five stars for sure. We have stayed in many special places and this ranks as right at the top!

Better than the photos!

This property is outstanding. When we reviewed the photos online we thought they looked photo-shopped; to our amazement, they didn't do the property justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Crissy was an outstanding host, easy to message and quick to respond. The beach-ready amenities make this rental a must! Our family will definitely be back.

Wonderful week at the beach

An Amazing House!

We had a fabulous family vacation at the beach in this lovely home! It’s spacious and has incredible views of the ocean. The host checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well and her team was ready to fix any problems. This is an extremely well-run property and it’s also a beautiful home. It was worth every penny!

Wonderful Birthday Vacation

3 generations of my family celebrated my 60th birthday in Bonita Springs, and we all had a wonderful time. Chrissy was excellent to work with and made us feel valued as renters. The house is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for both comfort and fun. Also, being within a few steps to the beach made it easy to go back and forth between the house and the ocean - we used the paddle boards every day! As others have noted, the 3rd bedroom on the main level doesn’t have an en-suite bathroom, which wasn’t a problem for us. The outdoor spaces are large and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this house - we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future. Thank you, Chrissy!

Incredible Property that Beat Expectations

Our stay was amazing and exceeded every expectation we had. The home was even larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The house manager, Crissy, was welcoming, proactive, and responsive to the few needs we had. Our only disappointment is that it is already rented for the week we wanted next year! :)

Everything we needed as a family was available. We especially enjoyed the beach equipment which was used daily by all of us. The essentials were provided for us, and we didn't have to buy anything. It was our own private beach.

Well appointed, beautifully decorated, perfect location

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed and amazing location right on the beach. Large dining tables both inside and outside allowed for casual meals while maintaining 180 degree ocean views. The sun sets into the ocean, right in front of the house, which provides Instagram worthy photographs! Crissy, the concierge, was attentive, helpful and so friendly. My only tip is to order catered meals and grocery delivery at least a time or two during the week, as the traffic in front of the house was a constant stream and congested all the time! However, with the food delivery, we seldom left the house!

Just a bit of awesome

The property is just beautiful. It accommodates 2 couples perfectly, or 2 couples with 3 or 4 or more children, or up to 5 couples if people don’t care about room size (the two masters are much nicer than the other 3 rooms). The view is a 10 and the house is very well maintained. In addition to just sitting around outside, we enjoyed the fire pit, the lounges, and the corn hole game. We even indulged in one of the coconuts that were on the property. There were really no negatives for us and we’d definitely stay there again. As wonderful as the property was, the greatest pleasure is dealing with Crissy Crook, the property manager. She took customer service to a new level and when we come back, she’s a requirement for us.

60th Anniversary Celebration

The property was better than we expected and we expected quite a lot due to the price. Phenomenal views and layout of the house for hosting a 60th wedding anniversary. The back porch is massive which allows plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the weather. The house is built well so sounds do not travel too much from room to room. There is a downstairs recreation area that the teenagers and young adults were able to use that did not disturb the older adults upstairs at all. When they say they can sleep 12 it was done with comfort. One more full bathroom would be preferable for some, but was fine for us as our children were able to use our second master bedroom bath on the main floor. If you are not related the 5th bedroom on the main floor would have to utilize another bathroom inside one of the other bedrooms or shower in the basement. There is a common bath on the main floor near the 5th bedroom, but it does not have a shower. The house is loaded with beach and shower towels in a huge laundry room. The beach toys (floating raft, paddle boards and 1 working kayak) were great. It would have been helpful to have a few more beach chairs and umbrellas. The elevator is unique being at the center of a spiral staircase. Providing a garage door opener made it very convenient to get in and out. Avoid driving toward the Fort Myers beach in the morning or away from it in the evening. The traffic at those times is horrific. There are limited options to eat within a 15-20 minute walk in either direction, but plenty of options if you are willing to drive. It was difficult to lock some of the sliding doors. We actually avoided using some once we got them relocked. My guess is that someone shut the doors while in the locked position and the receiving plate got bent. It would also be nice if the window over the kitchen sink would be cleaned. The windows crank handles no longer work properly so I am guessing that is why the cleaners don't get to it. The only reason I mention these items is in case the owners want to get them looked at. It did not detract from the stay. Overall, great property and would definitely stay again.

Beach paradise!

This property was amazing and as great as the listing is- it’s even better in person. The home is super spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have privacy if needed. Lots of open space for family to hang out and have fun. The views of the beach/ocean are unmatched. We saw dolphins every day and were literally swimming alongside them. The kids had a blast diving for Sandollar‘s and gathering beautiful seashells. We had one small issue with not being able to get hot water in areas of the house but Chrissy was amazingly responsive throughout and did the best she could to accommodate. It will be hard to find a more beautiful home with a more professional and responsive management team. The house is perfection and Chrissy is the best!
