3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House on Canal, 4 Miles From The Beach

The house is located approximately 4 miles from sandy Gulf beaches and minutes from shopping, dining, and golfing. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood yet walking distance to the sparkling city pool and the center of Historic Downtown Bonita Springs.

The house is well maintained with new flooring and an open living space.

The backyard is a private tropical oasis with palm trees, birds of paradise and several decks. Take your morning coffee to the dock and observe the amazing Southwest Florida wildlife, including birds, fish and iguanas.

The house comfortably sleeps 6. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. In addition, there is a pull-out full size sleeper sofa. The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples or as an ideal location to meet up with friends.

The newly revitalized Riverside Park area is approximately a 10 minute walk. There are several events held at the Riverside Park amphitheater.

The beautiful city pool is just a 2 minute walk and is accessible to visitors for a 3$ fee.

Kayak and paddle board rentals are available at nearby Riverside Park. Highly recommended is also a Kayaking adventure through Manatee Kayaking / Seaside Kayaking. (Book online and trips leave from Big Hickory Island).

The house is located approximately 20 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Meyers, RSW).

Two nearby beaches, Barefoot Beach and Lovers' Key, have won several awards as US top beaches.

Felt like home without cold and snow

The house was the perfect size and had an amazing very private backyard. Every morning we sat out back enjoying the sunshine and our coffee. There are gardens in front and along the side of the house it’s just very beautiful. Bonita Springs area was our choice because we have family that spend the winters there, but the area is beautiful with some amazing beaches. We would not hesitate and hope to go again.

My Private Oasis

The property was close to rt 41 and about 20-25 minutes to downtown Naples. Loved the backyard, felt so nice and secluded, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, good coffee shops nearby. Also, Cristina, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very nice place

This property is like a little piece of heaven. If you really want to get away from it all I highly recommend the peace and tranquility you will find here. I booked this as a gathering place for Christmas but it had so much more to offer. Sit by the canal and relax. The tropical plants and water will ease your tensions!!!

Perfect Location

House is located in a great place to give you options in each direction without lots of driving. Ten minute drive to closet beach. As VRBO owner, the house is true to the pics, very clean & well equipped. Backyard is awesome!!! Very unique, with great open private area. Only thing missing is a grill. Great communication with the owner Christina. Highly recommend!! Will come back!!

Highlight of our trip!

A perfect jumping off place for our daily trips to the beach, restaurants, farmers market, and more! Perfect accommodations

Two couples had plenty of room with many areas to gather together and the layout also provided privacy when needed. Supplies were plentiful and the owner was very accessible. I highly recommend this house and will book again when in Bonita Springs.

Awesome property and stay

We stayed for 8 days at the property. The property is clean and every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The backyard, front yard itself look like a tropical garden. The owner was very responsive with check in questions and any requests we had. We will be staying here again.

Truly a Beautiful House, DO NOT Overlook This Place!

This house was even better than could have been expected. The online pictures do not do it justice, it is 100 times better. It was perfectly furnished, and fully stocked with plenty of sheets and pillows, towels, kitchenware, bath accessories, etc. And being July, you need A/C, and this houses A/C was perfectly working and blowing cold! The outside grounds are beautiful, with many separate patios to go to for different views. If you need to communicate with the owner, her response is immediate! Do not overlook this house, it is truly a rare find!

Charming Property
