This home has two separate living areas divided by an external staircase, but as a guest, you would have the entire property to yourself. The top level has 2 bedrooms, a bath, a kitchen, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The downstairs has a bedroom, a bath, a kitchen, a living area & laundry area. The property offers modern comforts with cable, WI-FI & the convenience of being 15 mins to Boone.

This home is pet friendly with a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee. This fee is not part of your VRBO total quote even if you indicate you are bringing a pet, since our VRBO is integrated with other sites and doesn't automatically add the charge. If you are bringing a pet, we will add your pet fee to your second half closer to the time of your arrival.

Weekend retreat

Loved this rustic home, outstanding views, very quiet and relaxing. Loved the wood stove and the wrap around deck Although we didn’t use it the separate lower level with fireplace for added privacy was nice. Will be back!

Great place to stay! Wonderful View!

Our family enjoyed staying at Eagle Landing so much. We spent every night on the balcony looking at the wildlife and the mountains. Every morning, we had our coffee on the upstairs balcony as well. The kitchen is very well stocked. Many plates, cups, dishes, pots and pans. The kids enjoyed it when we used the popcorn machine. The bathrooms were nice. Stocked with a hair dryer, towels, and washcloths. We also enjoyed using the binoculars and doing one of the 500-piece puzzles. As a person with mobility issues, having a parking spot near the ramp for the upper level was nice. Most of our time was spent upstairs due to my mobility issues. You will have to take your trash to the landfill, but it is not a difficult task.

Perfect Getaway with Gorgeous Views!!!

This house is absolutely adorable and the location is perfect. The views from the porch are breathtaking!!! We loved sitting on the porch swing watching the sun rise over the mountains. Our hostess was prompt, kind and very accommodating. There was plenty of room and the house has everything you would need for an amazing, relaxing stay I highly recommend Eagle Landing!!!!
