Alpine Escape est l'hĂ©bergement idĂ©al pour vos vacances en famille ou votre escapade en montagne. La cabine est idĂ©alement situĂ©e entre Blowing Rock et Boone, en Caroline du Nord (prĂšs de la montagne de ski Appalachian), dans un joli cadre montagneux entourĂ© de beaux arbres et de plantations indigĂšnes. Vous vous sentirez isolĂ© mais en mĂȘme temps proche de tout. Nous espĂ©rons que vous apprĂ©cierez votre temps dans le Haut Pays et dans notre cabine.

DĂ©tendez-vous devant un foyer en pierre, dĂ©tendez-vous dans le bain Ă  remous ou admirez le paysage montagneux depuis l'une des trois terrasses. Cette cabine a tout pour plaire! Les attractions locales incluent le Blue Ridge Parkway, la montagne de ski des Appalaches (plus d'autres) et le chemin de fer Tweetsie. Vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de profiter de votre sĂ©jour dans les magnifiques Blue Ridge Mountains.

Alpine Escape est situé idéalement au large de 321 entre Blowing Rock et Boone. L'accÚs à la Blue Ridge Parkway est à 3 miles de notre cabine. Les villes de Blowing Rock, Caroline du Nord et Boone, NC sont chacune facilement accessibles en voiture. La cabine dispose d'une entrée pavée et d'une allée privée pour une accessibilité facile, mais 4 roues motrices est fortement recommandé en hiver. Alpine Escape est trÚs kid-friendly, et nous aimons accueillir les chiens bien élevés! Nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre visite à cette belle escapade!

The house is nice and very comfortable. It would have been nice if the front porch had useable furniture, the benches are pretty but not for sitting. The back porch stayed wet everyday and we love being 'porch sitters '. The kitchen could use lots more coffee cups.

Great house for relaxing in the mountains. The house has three floors that allows for plenty of space to spread out among multiple generations of visitors. The house is located only minutes from most attractions.

Beautiful home and helpful owner!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is so spacious and well-taken care of. The owner was so responsive and kind. She was helpful through the entire process. The rooms had plenty of space for sleeping. We had 7 adults and 3 children, and would’ve had space for more if needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect North Carolina Cabin Experience

The home is all you see online, all the photos and more! Impeccably kept and clean. Beautifully styled and furnished. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great Mountain Cabin

Wonderfull large cabin. Fantastic setting and location! Beautiful home and very clean. Plenty of parking. Water pressure and temperature could use adjusting with a few updated touches in the kitchen. Great place for our large family holiday weekend.

A Thanksgiving Blessing

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at Alpine Cottage tremendously! Prior to our stay, the owners were great in communicating about possible road issues due to Hurricane Helene. We were very thankful for all of the updates, and to know that our travel should not be impeded by the time our arrival date arose. The kitchen was well stocked which was crucial for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. We appreciated the ample sleeping areas, and cozy living room for just lounging around. The views were spectacular and the location was ideal for local shopping and dining (although we did not eat out during our stay). We would definelty consider this location again.

Enjoyed our trip

The cabin was in perfect location for easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock. Maureen was available via text when we needed assistance with locating their trash bins. We used the kitchen, Grill, and fire pit. Very happy with our experience.

Unsatisfied housekeeping

We stayed at this listing and we were very disappointed. It could have been a nice cabin to stay in, but it was not clean. It was listed that no pets were allowed to stay. When we arrived we toured through the house. My grandson was going to sleep on the trundle bed. When we pulled it out we discovered there was dog poop on the bed. We continued through the house and discovered dog hairs throughout the entire house (in different rooms and the bathrooms). We notified the host and sent her pictures. She sent someone to clean the trundle bed and clean the floors while we were out eating dinner. Upon returning, the housekeeper had changed the linens and comforter on the trundle bed but all the floors still had dog hair. When we went to bed that night we found dog hair in all the beds we were using; making us question if the sheets had even been washed. We ended up having to wash all the sheets on all the beds ourselves. You could also tell that none of the bathroom rugs had been vacuumed or cleaned, and that there were also dog hairs on the couches. My daughter has allergies and she had severe reactions when sitting on the sofas. We had rented this cabin knowing that pets were not allowed. Overall we felt the place was very unclean and it made it difficult to feel comfortable in the house.

Great family vacation.

Stayed with our three kids, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren (infant through four years old). Cabin was beautiful and was clean, well maintained, and well suited for our family. Has gates for the stairs, and books and toys for the grandchildren. Based on the listing was expecting a crib, but it has a pack-and-play instead. Grandchildren enjoyed bath in Papa and Nana's jetted tub each night. Apart from the decks, there is not any outdoor play space at the cabin itself, but there is a great playground in downtown Blowing Rock, and a smaller and little used playground at Rocky Knob Bike Park, and plenty of activities around. Enjoyed the pump track at the bike park, Tweetsie Railroad, and Doc's Rock's Gem mining. Created great memories.

Spacious home

This property is set up nicely for large groups of all ages. The only downside is the road to get to the property. Fortunately, we had great weather and good visibility. We were there to do “Tweetsie” with the grandchildren so it worked well for our family.

Mountain Weekend

Group of friends went to Blowing Rock for the weekend. The house was fantastic! Plenty of room, very clean, and the host was very detailed with her communication. The house was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend the house!

Enjoyable home away from home

The cabin was very comfortable for our family. Could have spent more time just in cabin if we did not want to see local attractions. Was in close proximity to many attractions. Thank you for sharing your well equipped home. Only drawback was narrow, winding road up the mountain. Lower drive to garage was frightening. Would recommend only parking on road in front of cabin.

Family Getaway

The house accommodated our family well. The deck and porch were both enjoyed. The house was quite dark and could use better lighting and some light switches were never found. The neighborhood was a rather challenging drive, but on the whole it was a good experience for everyone.

Our son attends app state and is an athlete on the track and field team. Our family stayed here to attend the meet. Vlovelu lively accommodations!
