I’ve been to Greystone several times but I do wish they would take a bit more time and clean the bathroom a bit better. We found lots of long black hair this time, a dead bug and the conditioner bottle was empty, but all in all fairly clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming—making us feel right at home! Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the handy maps and local guides, which made exploring Boone effortless. Thanks to the thoughtful amenities and stress-free atmosphere, our first visit to Boone, NC, was an absolute delight. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Not what I expected & I was charged MORE than....

I was charged $100 EXTRA upon arrival ABOVE what I had agreed to on Hotels.com for 2 of the 4 night stay. Now Hotels.com says it is the lodge's fault and the lodge says it was Hotels,com who charged the additional money. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. JENN at breakfast was great. The front desk female staff was not friendly at all. It is centrally located. It was dog friendly but now I am being told I was charge more than the $40 per night I agreed upon.
