We are local to the area, so very familiar with it all, but hadn't stayed at the Hampton in Bath. Everything about it was outstanding, with a special shout out to the front desk staff!

Housekeeping, though quite active and present during my stay, failed to service my room after a specific request was made by the front desk. Carpet in room had multiple stains. Front desk was always very responsive. Breakfast and coffee quality have declined slightly over past year.
