Great visit

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful they couldnt do enough for you. Good size room although bedding was all ripped and i found the room very dark. Had to ask for towels which were missed but they were brought to me. Great stay for central london it wasnt too much of a hassle to get in and only 15 mins from harry potter studio tour.

Check in was fairly easy via touchscreen. Would imagine much slower at busy times. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the room was very poor. Stains on bed frame, marks on duvet cover, hair on pillow. Carpet had seen better days. Bathroom very tired. To top it off the neighbouring room had a visitor until 3am and therefore we had no sleep due to loud music (poor sound proofing).

The bar decided to clean all the beer pipes at 8:45 pm - pool cost extra to use - parking cost extra - even although it’s in the middle of a trading estate. Bar manager no feeling whatsoever for customer service. Used to be better
