Have a memorable day at Snæfellsnes National Park with a snow scooter trip on top of the amazing Snæfellsjökull glacier, a visit to a natural hot spring like Deildartunguhver, or amazing waterfall like Hraunfossar. Other interesting places to visit are, the active volcano Grábrók, the crater Eldborg, historical viking landmark Reykholt, and taking a walk into the glacier Langjökull. You can stroll through the nearby cozy town of Borgarnes and drop by the cafe’s, museums, shops and restaurants. Take a drive to the capital Reykjavík with all its glory, nightlife and culture. Make a day trip on the Golden Circle and see the exploding Geysir with all its natural power, and drop by the historic Thingvellir National Park, and view close up the beautiful Gullfoss waterfall. In the evenings you will always come back home to these cozy cottages, Lundur and Klettur, and the first thing you might do is, relax in the hot tub with a glass of red wine and enjoy the Northern Lights in the peace and quietness after a memorable day.

The cottages were built in a traditional, Icelandic summerhouse way. They are well constructed and insulated. It's warm and cosy all year around with all necessities and comfort. Both houses have an open kitchen-living room area. In both kitchens are all table ware and equipment you need for cooking, baking and serving a lovely meal. The living room in both houses, has a great corner sofa, a large flat screen TV with many channels. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable with great quality beds. Free WIFI.

Both houses have a large patio with a nice hot tub, barbecue grill and comfortable outdoor seating. Perfect for making a good meal and relaxing in the peaceful environment. Beside the houses are grass lawns which are surrounded by a birch forest, ideal for kids to play.
