Very nice/clean property. Host was very responsive when I couldn't find my code for the door. :)We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Everything spotless. Well-stocked kitchen. Spotless bathrooms. Perfect location for Boston and Salem. I can't say enough, not one complaint! 5 stars!

Beautiful and comfortable unit. Very clean. Plenty of room. All the necessities that are needed were provided. Quick responses from the owner. The unit is on a one way street & construction was being done the whole time we were there. Made it somewhat difficult getting in & out but that is something the owners can’t control. Overall it was a great place to stay for our trip.

A/C was off when we arrived

We already communicated with the owner on the issues. We feel that the blame is being placed on us for not communicating that the a/c was off when we arrived, however, we turned it on and it was fine, at least until the next day...so there was no reason to tell them at the time. There was no problems that evening, it was just turned off, therefore the house was very warm and we did not arrive until after 7pm in the evening. We should not arrive at our rental to an 89 degree house when the temp outside is well over 90 degrees. The owners use an app to control it, therefore, they should have been well aware it was turned off. Also, it should be publicized there is an eye-level window in the master shower. Any woman tall enough would be giving a free peep show. There is no frost or privacy glass. There is an auto repair business directly outside on that side of the house and we experienced overnight construction, also on that side of the house as there is a major road there as well, which was another frustrating experience, especially given the window in the shower.The house was beautiful and the right amount of space for us. The owners were responsive when we realized late in the afternoon of day two that there was an a/c issue and in an attempt to resolve our disappointment, offered a refund of (1) night's rent.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! There were 6 of us in town for a wedding. There was more than enough space. The house was very clean and basic amenities were there- toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks Alyssa!

Yearly Mothers’s Day trip

Property was clean, house was beautiful, restaurants was amazingly good. Weather wasn’t good but one day, but that’s Mother Nature. Would differently stay at this house again. Only down side was address was wrong in the app, sent us to same address in another township/city area.

Boston Marathoner's Wonderful Experience!

My family and I stayed at this home for my Boston marathon race and it was perfect! The host was incredibly prompt in responding to any of my questions and provided more than enough detail on the home itself and places to see in the surrounding area. The home was very clean, modern, and complete with all appliances, soaps, etc one could need. It was a nice getaway from the busyness of the city that weekend. My family and I had no complaints!

Amazing house!

Our stay was incredible. The house is beautiful, and was clean. It worked perfect for our group having multiple bathrooms along with plenty of bedrooms. The area was nice, and was an easy trip into downtown Boston. Alyssa was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend if going to the Boston area!

Boston was were we had picked to celebrate 3 birthdays. This location was great for walking to several breakfast locations and the train.Due to construction on main road made it a little harder to get to the grocery store. Overall some of the minor issues of the location we would rent here again. then catch

Comfortable home close to bus stop

The place was very easy to get to and get in. The living room and upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. The downstairs bedroom, extra room with trundle, and bathroom is a little small. We enjoyed the close proximity tot he bus stop to access public transportation to attractions. It was a short bus ride and train ride to get to the center of the city or start of the freedom trail. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is comfortable, clean and well decorated. We loved the location. Only a short drive into downtown but away from traffic. We loved walking across the street to the river and the trail there. We would definitely stay again!

Cubs v. Red Sox: Weekend at Fenway Park

The property was excellent. The owners make a point with providing comfort (beds, couches, etc.), which is a gamble for traveler seeking rentals. I have stayed at places that skimp on quality and the result is a dissatisfying stay. NOT HERE.
