The room was not as advertised on your site and I could not stay there. It was an interior room with no outside light. I have stayed at this hotel many times and always choose an exterior facing room. And the hotel said they were booked and couldn’t change my room. So I checked out. All parties refused to refund my money for nights I didn’t stay - despite the hotel being so booked they couldn’t change my room and could have easily filled it.

The room was in fair condition. The walls are very thin! The continental breakfast was quite terrible!! There were a lot of bread items to put in a toaster, but there were no hot food items (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc). I’ve never experienced a hotel breakfast without warm side dishes! There were also some sketchy vibes…I wouldn’t stay here again

Not a well-maintained hotel. Staff was friendly, but bathroom floor was dirty and the antiquated heater rattled like a freight train, which woke me up every 30-40 minutes all night long when it turned itself on. Chipped paint made the room feel uncared for. I had an room with an extremely tiny interior window into the hall - definitely not for the claustrophobic. The Continental breakfast was good, but that couldn’t make up for the poor quality of the room.
