When I chose this hotel, I had only seen photos of it. I was a little skeptical at first to book it, but I did and I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was convenient the room was clean. The hotel was so pretty and had so many different areas. It was amazing. I am definitely going to stay there again when I visit my daughter in college.

Shower flooded the bathroom, due to poor design with no lip on the shower and a cute but short shower curtain. The phone didn’t work and was not repaired during our 3 day stay (although the repair was promised). the continental breakfast ran out of sweet rolls after 1 hour and was not replenished. The entrance to the parking garage didn’t work 2 out of 3 times and required hotel staff to come down and let us in. The toilet tissue was 1 ply (so required more to be effective) , I guess as a cost saving step. The hotel architecture was complicated and would have been helped by a map to find our way around.

Location was great, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lock on the bathroom door was broken, the water pressure in the shower was very low, and there was a soap dish, but no soap. We used the body wash as a substitute. The continental breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic and crowded. Seating was limited so my friend and I sat at the bar. Since we were only staying one night, it didn’t make sense to bring these issues up to the staff at the time.

I liked the location and front desk staff were helpful but the bathroom was weird. Very hard to turn on the shower. Shower base was filthy. I did not get hot water and the toilet was very low and we had to crouch down to sit on it. The heating was weird too. Beds were lumpy. I don’t think we will come back here which is a pity because my son goes to college here

Not a bad place but way too overpriced for what you get. First of all no direct sunlight for the room. It’s a hallway so even if I wanted sunlight, people will see my privacy. Breakfast wasn’t all that good. Too much carbs and very little protein. While it is a nice look and style, and room was cozy it’s not somewhere worth the money.

The Arcadian Hotel had very simple rooms and accommodations. Not a lot of food options or amenities but is good if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly.
