The place is in great location. Breakfast was great too. Bed was clean too. The room we stayed had smoke smell. They might need to change carpets and ventilate the rooms.

The hotel was sufficient for our needs. Since it was New Year's Eve, the Adams Pub was closed. Too bad. Also, the hotel is being renovated, so the paint smell was powerful on our floor. It's good to see the hotel doing necessary updates, but I wish I'd known that was the situation when I booked the room. Oh well. In all, our stay was fine, and I'd stay there again if in Boston.
