Good overall. I wished I had known about the security deposit from booking it on here however, the staff was very friendly about it. Our room had a fridge and a microwave which was very helpful during our stay for a few days.

The staff service did not meet the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. When I booked, I had already provided my children's ages, yet at check-in the staff insisted on seeing them. Afterward, the staff member launched into a long list of restrictions—what my children couldn’t do, where they couldn’t go, and so on. It was frustrating and felt unnecessarily unwelcoming.

We had a very pleasant experience regarding our stay. Loved the fact that there was GOOD COFFEE available 24 hrs & breakfast was a considerably better than most other "free" breakfasts! Only negative: could use a MAJOR UPGRADE on their towels...thin and a bit dinghy. That being said, would definitely stay there again.

The most disturbing and deceiving is your pricing. I thought I was paying for our room for one price the whole week and it went up on Friday and doubled on Sat and Sunday. That should be explained before you rent the room. That’s ridiculous! In the future I will check first the pricing and stay somewhere else. The room was nice, clean and quiet and the breakfast was great, but I can buy my own breakfast for how much our room went up that is ridiculous.
