The lobby is beautiful and inviting and the staff were friendly. My room was beautiful and huge. There was no room service option, no bottled water and barely any tea/coffee provided in the room. I called front desk for water and a robe and they said they dont have but i could come down and buy water in the lobby. Usually nice hotels have a cozy robe but they said they dont offer this or room service. Overall still a lovely stay, just excited slightly more attentive service for what you pay.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated! The staff is friendly and helpful. We like that there is a gym and a game room. And coffee in the lobby in the morning. There was Some miscommunication about restaurant hours, but we also liked that they had “ to go orders”

We have booked dozens of hotels through this site and I was absolutely amazed that this was one of the nicest places that we have stayed at in a very long time. The king size rooms are usually so much smaller, but they were the same size as the queen’s And it had a table and it was just nice and new and clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Second Stay

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were very kind to my grandchildren. The room was clean and had plenty of space, which was nice since the weather was bad and we stayed in a good bit. The game room was an extra bonus to help pass the time. We will plan another trip soon.
