Room 403. Two paneled door for bathroom, one panel completely missing. NO privacy for using the toilet. Told front desk, didn’t offer any offer to change rooms. Found two personal items left from previous guests — housekeeping clearly didn’t clean the room completely. For $370 a night we expected a much better quality room and experience.

Rude and lazy staff

Cannot believe a hotel employee, with a straight face, suggested that it was not reasonable to expect all guests to have their rooms cleaned. "We have a lot of rooms here," he sneered. When we asked to at least have new towels brought to the room, they couldn't even accomplish that task.

Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. However, there was not a bathroom door which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom didn’t have full-size shampoo and conditioner which every hotel I’ve stayed in Boston has had. They only provided one sample size of each of shampoo, conditioner, and soap (most hotels provide 2 soaps - one for hand washing and one for showering). The towels were not fluffy - they were old and scratchy. I’ve stayed in a lot of less expensive hotels in Boston where the room amenities were way better and they all had a bathroom door!

Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff. Rooms are small, but to be expected. Disappointing that guests had to pay $60 a night to park their car and they make it look like a special guest rate.
