The staff was incredibly friendly. Overall, it was honestly a great experience. Everything was so easy. The place definitely had a few layout issues with flow. The lobby is huge and beautiful, but having to walk past all of the food to check in for brunch into a cramped corner is silly. The brunch set up was almost like shopping at a market basket, you have to ask where things are because they picked the least obvious place for it to be. I clearly like food too much…

It was terrible I asked to get my reservation cancelled when I got there but they refused. I am extremely upset about their professionalism and customer care. The room was terrible, dirty, small. The hotel was very noisy and scary. I was traveling with family. My family felt unsafe and unsecured . It was terrible experience. We left and booked ourselves at a direct hotel for our entire stay of 3 days. So, I paid for citizen m only for the room to be vacant due to u healthy conditions
