Really nice hotel, amazingly comfortable bed, very good shower (no wait for hot water), really well situated if you are going to an event at TD Garden, right next door to the North Station (zero train noise) so really handy for commuter rail and the T. Easy walking distance to the North End, loads of decent food options close by. Faultless

Perfect room, loved that you can decide when you need cleaning/housekeeping, room had everything we needed and was super comfy and I loved how everything was controlled by phone or the Ipad, would recommend to everyone! This hotel was in a great location too and you couldn't hear any noise from outside which was fab!

This hotel was so cool! Loved the iPad controlled room with lightning. The room was small but having the super huge window made it feel much bigger.

Modern, chic hotel but no frills. The room was small but good enough for 4 nights with good view on the 10th floor. The bed was comfortable but inconvenient since one side is pushed to the wall. The lights, blinds, temperature, and TV are controlled thru the iPad so it was a bit confusing even for average tech people. They did not clean our room during our stay, only brought new towels when we requested. When we asked for cups, the front desk sent us to the bar downstairs to get them. There is no concierge service so if you have questions or need help, you need to wait for the one-person front desk to free up. Overall, it was an okay stay but for the price we paid, we expected better customer service.
