Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location by TD Garden. Beautiful lobby, great view from room. Room was on the small side, bed was the length of one end of the room so you couldn’t access the far side and one person in the bed had to climb over the other to get in or out. Shower and toilet were not in a separate room but separated by an enclosure which might be less private than most are used to

I had an amazing 4-night stay for business! The atmosphere was nice and amenities functional. the friendly staff made all the difference. Breakfast was enjoyable, and I absolutely loved the complimentary water bottles – such a delightful touch! While I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a great stay. Can't wait to come back!

CitizenM North Station in Boston is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. Very nice hotel, clean, and friendly staff. If you are attending a game or concert at TD Garden or Fenway, this spot is amazing, as you are right at the North Station to catch any train line out. I recommend this hotel.

The location was incredibly convenient especially if you are going to see a Celtics game. It is also right above the train system which makes it easy to get around. The room had a lot of amenities that were controllable from the room’s iPad. We did not rent a car but parking would have been a challenge if we did. Additionally, the room is good for 1 person or a couple but would be too small otherwise. Regardless, it was a wonderful hotel in a great location with great views!

Hip, Clean, but a very small room (pod)

Thelobby was a high energy lobby set up for socializing. I thought the prices at the bar were a little high but the scene was good and I was able to work for a few hours amid the people enjoying themselves. Very hipster / millenial focussed hotel - nice if that works for you The room I had was literally the size of four king sized beds (including the bed, closet, bathroom, and sink/vanity (which was in the room, not the bathroom). This was a pod hotel of sorts and got the job done cleanly and nicely - but if you are looking to more than bed-time in your room, I'd look for larger accommodations. Still - I was there for an overnight and it was affordable, very clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is steps from the boston garden and a major subway (T) station.
