Property was nice and conveniently in Downtown Boston. The standard room is slightly small, but fine for a few day stay. Our TV did not work, the first time they sent someone to fix it and they unplugged it and plugged it back in. Which worked, however the TV would freeze every hour if not more still and we would have to do the same thing each time. Elevators are slow and there are no stairs to access the hotel rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Quarters Hotel in Downtown Boston, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Carla at the front desk. She always greeted us with a warm smile, answered all of our questions with patience, and truly made us feel special and at home during our weekend getaway from NYC. Carla’s hospitality and professionalism are exactly what every guest hopes for, and she sets the perfect example of how hotel employees should be. Because of her, we would absolutely choose this hotel again and will happily recommend it to our friends and family.

The bed was excellent. Nice linens as well. The pub adjacent to the hotel was good—and very convenient, as I arrived late from a cross country flight and was hungry. All in all, I’d happily stay here again!

The hotel is very well situated and walkable to a lot of places in the downtown. However, the service and housekeeping was unsatisfactory. We had booked 2 rooms and they skipped housekeeping for one of the rooms despite several reminders and talking to front desk in person multiple times. Overall the hotel serves well for anyone wanting accommodation in downtown, just dont expect too much in terms of comforts.

Great hotel in perfect location

This hotel has the advantage of a perfect location, close to South Station, the Financial District, and North End, but on a quiet street with little traffic and no crowds. It is a well-run hotel, easy check in, good service, and has a lounge area with coffee always available. The exercise room is decent though small and the rooms are reasonably large and comfortable. It's my first choice in downtown Boston.

The rooms are small but in all other respects this was a perfect hotel for our needs. Personal trip to walk around the Freedom Trail area, the location was fabulous. Great staff, very clean, very convenient. You have to park in a lot but they will validate your ticket for a discount, just check in first to get that information. I highly recommend.

Urban hotel with a European vibe. Rom was clean but bathroom had hair in the shower and stuck to the walls. Stayed in a room with a King bed which took up most of the room. No dresser to put clothes in. Bathroom was small and doors for bathroom and closet are so close you can’t open one without closing the other. Common room TV did not work but coffee machine was great! Staff was helpful and nice.
