I had to bring my service dog with me. I called ahead to alert the hotel that she would be accompanying me. Staff was very accommodating and courteous, everything went smoothly. My daughter and her boyfriend were staying in another room and we all had a wonderful experience. The food at the Japanese steakhouse was incredible. I will recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely. I cancelled one reservation for three days and made another for four days and had a cancellation fee a one day for the same time I stayed there. Poor customer service to get a simple matter resolved. Won’t stay there again.
