The wall of our suite was also the wall of the Service Elevator. It was not insulated. It made a very loud noise from 4 a.m. to 12 pm. When we called the Manager he knew exactly what was causing the extremely loud noise and said the noise would stop from 12 pm to 9 am when the staff came back on duty, so we stayed there trusting him. At 4 am the loud noise started again. We tried the sofa bed in the other room. The springs were so bad we had to put it on the floor. However, we could still hear the noise. The noise was like banging on the wall. Obviously the manager knew about this issue and had not done anything to fix it. Just lied to the customers.

I loved this stay...I was on the 12th floor, my only issue was the weak water pressure and the constant heat at nights, my throat was dry every morning due to same, other than that it was lovely staff, services and location ❤️❤️

The hotel was outdated and our heating unit broke early in our stay. It was fixed but then broke again and they moved us to a new room. The staff was really accommodating and offered great customer service, the hotel is just old.
