older MA house. Very Clean, great location walking distance to food and necessities, perfect for going to Pats game and calling home base. host took care of everything and had necessities like coffee ready
Rented for four only three could sit down It was like a maritime ship very steep stairs and low ceilings upstairs. One saving grace - beds were comfortable
Great location to the rail system. It made it really easy to get to Boston for concert night 1, and Red Sox day 2. Very clean and organized. Only 2 cons. The bedrooms could of had room darkening curtains, and the living room could of had more seating. Curtains in bedrooms would give guest option to sleep in longer, with less day light. A chair or love seat would have accommodated more seating option for more than 3 people. For breakfast restaurant option, highly recommend Cobbs Corner Cafe.
Multiple deodorizers were quite offensive. We collected all we could find and put them outside then propped open all the windows. The stairs to the second floor were very difficult The traffic noise during the night was awful. We left the house after the first night and rented a hotel room. We wouldnât recommend this house.
The house needs a serious cleaning. The floors are dirty, the pans and utensils needed to be Rees shed and there were dead bugs in the light fixtures.
For the noise, the street is a major cut through and the commuter rail crossing bells and railroad horns are quite active
It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it thatâs cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again.
My family and I stayed here for 5 days in August and it was lovely! Thanks for everything. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and nice.
