Accessible parking was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff gave clear directions on where to go for dinner and for breakfast in the morning. The room was well appointed. I loved how the bed was not too high off the floor as the beds in most hotels are. On the downside, while the room was technically accessible, the lotion, hand wash and soap and shampoo dispensers inside the shower where all positioned too high up for 4’9” me so I can imagine how they would’ve been for someone who is in a wheelchair. Another downside, we went for dinner around 5 PM Friday evening and only one of the appetizers was available! When it came to dessert, only one of the desserts was available. I can only imagine what must’ve been available by the time the kitchen closed at 10 PM.

When we arrived and checked in to our room, I found a dirty ladies under pants in the bathroom. I called the front desk to complain. Few minutes later a house keeping staff came and picked it up. Despite my complaint that the room was not properly cleaned, no manager approached me to discuss the issue with me or offer an apology. The second day, when we came back into the room from our event, I noticed that we were only given 0ne clean towel, I called the front desk to ask for more clean towels, I was told by the front desk staff that someone will bring the towels, unfortunately, no one brought any towels. After waiting for about few hours, I went downstairs to ask for the towels, only to be told that they ran out of towels because the hotel was too busy this weekend and one of the washing washing broke down. I would not recommend this property on a busy weekend.

Hilary the assistant manager was awesome, she was the first person I met when we arrived which was a bit earlier then excepted but she was able to get us in our room sooner with early check in. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. We had to dine on site 2/3 nights of our stay, they really tried but there was a ton of guest for special events and so they did their best. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Until next time.
