The first room was dirty and used. It appeared someone could possibly still be in it or just checked out? Dirty. But, once it was changed to a clean room it was decent. The breakfast was great and the staff is always nice.

The breakfast menu was very limited. There was no live help available at the restaurant. I wanted to get my check out extended for 2 hours and being Bonvoy member I was not extended this courtesy. I did not get shaving kit. The shower area had a used tooth brush left. Otherwise the facility was better than I thought by the outer look.

Had to wait 20 min when we arrived to check in because nobody was at the front desk. Just a sign that said they stepped away. 20 minutes later we see a car pull in and it was the front desk attendant. He had left the property and there was nobody else there to check guests in. Very frustrating. Other than that, room was great and property was well maintained.
