Open, lots of space. Comfortable. Great bedding. Needs better linens/blanket for double sofa bed. Missing pocket doors for bedroom needs to be replaced. Needs some maintenance in terms of door/baseboard trim, touch up paint on walls.

The window coverings were inadequate for sleeping, the property across the street kept all their lights on until 11pm which shown like a daytime sun fully illuminating the entire apartment. Also, the shower design in the master caused water to go all over the floor during a shower. Friday night there were very loud motorcycles up and down the street until late into the night. Other nights it was nicely quiet. Otherwise, the property was good ---

Good location. Think the following items should have been in the unit: Tea towel, dish cloth, paper towels, sink stopper and 4 coffees (for 4 individuals). Both shower stalls should include shelves for shampoo, soap etc. FYI, the glass stove top has brown stains. The concierges were very friendly and helpful.

There was Jack hammering from 7 am to 10 pm. The walls are thin so it was heard even with ear plugs. Also there are literally 4 of everything which seemed to be a big slim pickings. Front desk is not very friendly or helpful.

The location was great and we were able to get to all the sites easily. Also, liked having two beds and two bathrooms for the price. However, everything was very cheap in there. The sheets were nubbie because they were cheap and worn. The toliet paper was so awful we had to buy our own. The beds had little support. The place was clean though. So if you don't care much about the bed, sheets, and toliet paper it is a good pick. If you do maybe pick somewhere else.

1 star is a tough review as the suite, area and facilities were excellent. However the security (1 person at the desk) was awful. The member of staff has no clue what she was doing, she often said “not my job” when asked any question. It took 3 hours and two phone calls to head office to get bedding for our child (which was in a cupboard on the 8th floor) In contrast the gentleman who was on the desk the next day was amazing and resolved the issues in seconds. It is such a shame the first interaction was so poor, it made for a very stressful first night stay.

I had the best sleep! This property was quiet, elegant, and perfectly met my needs. I was in for business and often hotels are so loud and crowded. This property was so quiet and I could not hear any street noise. When you travel, sleep can be hard to find. This was truly and oasis. Everything was clean and there were lots of amenities. Very close to the subway, food, and shopping. Will recommend.

Pros: the location was fantastic and we walked everywhere. The building felt safe and secure. The kitchen was great and everything worked. Cons: the internet would go out multiple times a day. We had to reset the router about 5 times a day and then wait 25 minutes for it to come back up. I reached out to the property and they suggested we unplugged the router and I thought the situation was fixed but when I let them know that it was a continuing situation they stopped communicating. The dryer did not dry any of our clothes even if it was a small load. Just socks and underwear. The bed was uncomfortable and only had a table on one side. We probably wouldn't stay here again due to the internet issues.

Perfect suite for a small family of 3

Loved our stay at the Global Luxury Suites! Nothing bad to say from the Welcoming/Check-In experience to our Check-Out. The studio isn’t that large, but it was a nice size us family of two adults and a 5yr old kid. Super clean and modern. Everything we needed was there, from all the kitchenware, dishwasher, washing and drying machine. Even though it’s located in the heart of downtown/chinatown, it wasn’t noisy at all… sure we heard some trucks every now and then, but nothing during night time and everybody slept really well. It is also well located near the Orange and Green subway line. Would recommend and would come back!
