We reported that someone had broken the life preservers in the pool area and that there was foam in the pool and all around the area. When security came up, who were apparently was no where around when this happened, one guard started cleaning the area and the other went into the gym area to watch TV. I was supervising my kids swim with a box of pizza, when, several minutes later, the guard watching TV came over to say I had to leave with the food. I said I did not know that was a rule and he told me to read the sign. I asked, which sign, as there was no sign. He replied that it must have been removed, then rudely replied that I should have just known the rule. He seemed upset at having to come to the pool, which is funny since it was his partner who did all of the clean-up, but do know not to book at this hotel again in the future. At least we were given one pair of ear plugs for the police sirens that we heard all night, that was a positive for one of the four of us in our party.

Awesome stay at Hampton. The staff are really helpful. Shuttle to touristy area is available at 11am onwards daily. Breakfast is quite limited. Great overall

The building is very modern and that makes the experience overall a good one. I like that they have breakfast in the morning because it is less of a hassle when one wakes up to get the day started. I liked that the staff made reasonable accommodations to extend my stay.
