Normally, I never have any complains, but this day the keys were not working, so I had to have somebody open the door for me every time I returned to my room. And the water pressure in the bathroom shower was nonexistent.

It was a decent stay, staff was kind. The bed was comfortable. But it was sooooo noisy. Sirens all day and night because there is a hospital located across the st. A lot of homeless people in the area but there is security on site. Free breakfast was nice. Loved the plants all over. Pool was small.

We did not get to even go into the room !! My husband was super sick , then we couldn’t find find the hotel… my phone died on me so no gps then we went to the concert td garden and he’d to park far away from the concert and walk miles there and back by now we hungry tired and no place to stay !!! I was told I had to give another hundred dollars.. I then was told they don’t take cash !!! I’m upset it was supposed to be a night out no kids away for my birthday weekend to coming home up set !! Then I was told I couldn’t get my my back on top of all that 😡

The toilet in our room overflowed for no reason & the same thing happened in my brother’s room next door. We were then put into a new room that smelled like an ash tray until finally we were moved into a suite on a different floor. There was no mention of any refund or apology due to the inconvenience.
