this hotel is in the worst part of Boston. sirens happen all night - there are drug addicts EVERYWHERE. They have cops outside 24/7 but it doesn't stop the noise. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of homeless people stationed right outside the hotel, but the hotel has security in the lobby that makes the hotel feel safe.

The staff made up for how horrible the area was. Security was always there for me when the hourly unhoused parade went past. I didn’t feel safe going any further than the parking garage.
