The staff were very professional and kind! The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a wonderful ambience. Great walking location and easy to get to transportation. We were able to check in early and they were helpful in holding our bags on the day of checkout, as we had a later flight. One of the best hotel experiences I have been lucky to enjoy! Superb hotel with friendly staff

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. The room was very spacious with a huge bed. Loved the comfy armchairs. Shower was huge too and the toiletries were lovely. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We arrived without our cases due to an airline issue and the gentleman who booked us in gave us toothbrushes and a shaving kit for my husband. We can't praise the servuce we received highly enough. Superb hotel. All the tourist sights were in easy walking distance. Would highly recommend

This is not a premium hotel

I was very disappointed when I asked them to lend me a phone charger and they would not allow me to take the charger to my room. It was 9:30pm at nite and they wanted to sent me on a 10 minute walk to Walgreens to get a charger. The hotel took a $100 deposit on my credit card so if I did abscond with the charger, which I would not have, they could have bought 3 more with my deposit. Conversely the InterContinental where I attended a conference, lent me a charger the next day. I have asked twice for the manager's email address and they have not given it to me. Btw, I paid $650 for the room for one nite.

At check in they give you a long drawn out speech regarding your stay and explaining there will be a 39dollar a day resort fee but not mention how a construction crew would be running hammer drills, demo saws, and angle grinders before 8 am outside your windows. I would not stay at that hotel due strictly to their lying as I see it.

LOVED this property! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! The Boston Tea Party Museum, Whale Watching, The Boston Duck Tours & tons of great restaurants. The rooms were clean, well furnished & comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Concierge service on a 5 star level. We would DEFINITELY stay again! Can't wait to come back!
