Convenient location and great views

The location of the hotel is very good: in 15 minutes after exiting the airplane you can be at the hotel by walking. 8-10 minutes to busses to downtown or Framingham or other elect locations. The rooms are clean and spacious. Both ice and water are available in the hallway. View of the Boston Harbor is a bonus. The room was located next to the elevator engine room and was noisy at times. Sound isolation is also not of highest quality in general; you don't hear planes outside but you could hear others showering. Would have been nice if the breakfast were included.

Comfortable but outrageously expensive

Very comfortable and I received a free upgrade. The only negative about this hotel and others at the airport was the pricing. You can fly to Europe for the same price and I don’t understand the necessity of charging 500 for one night when I have stayed at other Hilton properties at airports for Hal the price with free parking

Unfortunately the detergent they use on their sheets causes a rash on my legs. If it were not for this, they'd receive a higher rating since they are so close to the airport. Their reception desk is quite good, however the greeter at the restaurant was not at all welcoming and bordered on aloof.
