The shower/tub in our room had mold around the caulking and the bathroom felt old and not super clean. We let the front desk know and they said they would send someone up, but they never did. We also had to ask twice for housekeeping to come to the room and over a 3 night stay, they only came once to the room. Front desk staff not particularly great or helpful. Sheryl at the Rivet bar is excellent and the highlight of the staff. The food at the Matador is surprisingly good. The pool is nice.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower curtain was ripped, there was mold in the grout in the shower and on the floor. The toilet and the counter tops were not being cleaned daily, and the Kleenex and body cream dispensers were left empty. The beds were comfortable and the dining staff were very nice.

Just a quick overnight while in town for an event. Beautiful lobby and interesting layout with room balconies inside the atrium overlooking the first floor. Room was clean spacious and comfortable.

For a 4 staff hotel, it was not well kept. Staff were not professional. Room next to elevator very noisy. Lobby area on the first floor dirty. There were also some guests smoking by the entrance. Overall, very uninspiring and disappointing for the Hilton brand.
