Stuff not working in room. Shower physically hurt to be under, very sharp and hard water. Room service did not work, phone to call from desk did not work at all. We got here Friday at midnight, no luggage trolleys in sight and they didn’t offer to find any for us. Then our toilet doesn’t flush, we wait til 1:30AM and maintenance doesn’t come. We give up and go to sleep. At 6:30AM Saturday morning we are woken up by the alarm. A false alarm. Then the cleaning service tries to barge into our room with our Do Not Disturb sign on the door. And of course, again the alarm goes off again this morning at 7:30 for another false alarm. We came up from NY for a wedding and were able to get no rest before or after the wedding.

Room was very clean. Very comfortable. I loved the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Elevators very fast. No waiting. Plenty of parking.
