We did not care for the pool ladders. They are too hard for older people to get in and expecialoly out..The ladder I used was not secured to the pool well and I thought it would fall of in my hands and push me back into the pool unsafely . I recommend putting cinderella stairs at the lower end. Nothing fancy .

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The duvet cover and bathroom was not clean. It seemed as though it was not cleaned from the previous person. I called the front desk twice to clean the bathroom and they still missed some of the very obvious areas. They did change the duvet cover the next day though.

We were in the area for summer camp, so we booked this location based on the Hilton name and location. The overall condition of the room was the reason for 3-stars. It was always damp (floors included) & there was drippings on the bathroom floor from the humidity and the door that would show up even after being wiped away. The room had nice amenities however. (Fridge, microwave & keurig coffee maker). The area overall had what we needed, & there was plenty of parking.

This was a quick overnight after a Red Sox game . Location was great. Nice big mall just around the corner. Staff are friendly and rooms are very clean.

Not happy with the service at all

Our experience at this hotel wasn’t as good as we expected. There was no room service and when we came back around 5pm, the room is still not cleaned, so I called the front desk asking for a few sets of clean towels, I was not no one will deliver them to my room, I need to go down to the reception to get them myself. The toilet in the room makes huge noise when flushing, and when I received the message from the hotel, they said they would send in a maintenance technician to fix it, but never did. When I reported to the receptionist that there is no ice cubes on the second, the machine didn’t work, the answer was “then go to the third floor!”

Location is convenient near shopping center. No breakfast included but you need to pay extra if you want to. AC is loud I wasn’t able to sleep well. I booked for non - smoking room but when I enter it has a smell. So I needed to spray an air disinfectant that’s what I always bring whenever I stay at the hotels. Parking is convenient.
