Clean and friendly

This was one of the lowest price hotels in the city and it was fine. Very clean, friendly staff, good coffee. My only complaint is that the room was a little stuffy and the air conditioning unit was loud. This is the oldest hotel property in the South Bay mall and it is a little worn but clean and serviceable.

When I booked this hotel I chose a room that had two queen beds and a sofa but when I got to my room there was no sofa. I was tired to go argue and then didn’t have time to go ask about it.
