Great visit!! We will be back

It was great!! We checked in Valentine’s Day. We went out for a great dinner and came back had a couple drinks. The woman who was at the desk / bartend is amazing I a gm at a restaurant I wish I had at least 2 of this girl. She was super busy but very nice helpful and extremely hard working!!! What a great delightful experience!!

Extremely thin walls. Doors slam constantly - guest can’t prevent it? Noisy from street - which was surprising. Constant plumbing sounds. Don’t recommend.

Outstanding, courteous staff. Excellent, hot breakfast with multiple options and real plates & cutlery (not plastic/paper utensils). The underground parking is a huge plus in winter weather, with access directly between the garage and hotel-room levels. Great restaurant options just north of the hotel. Only minor suggestion I have would be to start the breakfast at 6am instead of 6:30am. Some areas around the lobby were a bit messy, mostly owing to the abundance of snow and slush outside at the time, but overall very pleasant stay with quiet, plush rooms.

The lady named Joe at reception was very rude. In morning we ask if there is any charging plug as nothing fits in room. She was very rude and said look on your own, if you don't have right charger don't come to our hotel. We asked not to be disrespectful or we will check out. She was like no one is stopping you. When we went down with luggage she was was like you already cheked out and ask us to leave. When we asked for a refund they said its third party expedia booking so call them and ask them refund. Something wrong with that lady , may she had some personal issue and she took out all anger on us. We just approached her for a help. If she can't ,she would have answered more politely. Never seen this bad customer service at Hilton.
