We decided to stay at this property for our first time in Boston because of the location. It was easy to get to from the airport with the free shuttle, and we were also able to use the shuttle to get to the subway station. We got an aviation room and the plane nerds in our family LOVED that! Great view and tons of planes coming and going, right out the window.
The hotel smelled amazing, like a spa almost, when we first walked in. The front desk employees were very nice as well.
Even though we had four people staying in our room, the housekeeping staff only stocked the room with 2 of each type of towels and every single day we had to ask for more towels, which was frustrating.
We were also really surprised that this hotel has all DOUBLE beds instead of queen beds. The room was quite spacious and it definitely would have room for queens. With a family of four, two double beds was really not ideal, and there was no pull out sofa nor any other options. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was spacious, but had no fan.
There was no microwave in the room, which would have been handy. However, there is a mini fridge but it isn't listed in the amenities.
There is no pool in this hotel.
There is an attached restaurant; however, the prices are expensive and food appeared to be nothing special.
Overall, it was a fine stay, but I really cannot recommend it if you have more than two people in your group.
