The cost to get anywhere in Boston from this location is crazy expensive. I think we spent $150 in transportation in 3 days. All we needed was access to the subway which would have been very inexpensive.

My husband and I stayed for a quick overnight before a flight the next morning. Every staff member we encountered from the front desk, restaurant and shuttle was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean, really comfortable bed and the shower had the best water pressure! We want to come back to enjoy the outdoor space in warmer weather.

Short stay but reasonable prices. Room VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. They provide amenities that the other hotels will charge you for. It’s just a little weird to get there but it’s really fast to get to the airport

Convenient location and friendly front desk staff

Front desk staff was very helpful. Got a room upgrade because the airport shuttle took an EXTREMELY long time to pick me up. I ate in the hotel restaurant. Food and cocktails were good, but the service was slow and inattentive. The room itself was comfortable. Hot water in the shower was hit or miss. High marks for being very close to the airport if you have an early morning flight.

Harbor hotel nice option but loud heating system

Hotel has lovely views and staff were all helpful and pleasant. Restaurant had nice menu and tasty choices. The heating/cooling system is very loud and when system kicks on in room as well as adjacent rooms and floors, very annoying and I could not fall back to sleep due constant noise. Airport shuttle was excellent
