This new hotel is amazingly beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are clouds, the service is impeccable, the location is perfect, the food is very yummy & they accommodate any needs that arise. I very highly recommend the Iris Hotel over any others on Beacon St!

Staff was very good. Other staff were not empowered to make things right. For example, I received a food credit from Expedia. I was planning to have breakfast and it would have taken too long because they were understaffed. I ended up forgoing the credit. With that said the room was fine and clean. The location is a good one.

Outstanding property! Beautiful room with lots of amenities in room. Very friendly and excellent customer service throughout stay by the front desk and valet personnel.
