Nice room but…

Asked about food, pointed us in a direction walked an hr. They never even showed us the restaurant list in hotel. Asked for a wake up call at 3 am never received it. Bed was very comfortable. Way too far from airport w no facilities to eat at close by. No breakfast because had to leave 4 am to get to airport

Ok Stay

Hotel needs updating. Carpeting is old and mattress needed to be replaced. Immediate area around hotel is rundown, but is under construction. Close by is section of the city that has been revamped with restaurants and shops.

The smell in the place was so bad... I don't know how no one else smelled it. It smelled like the carpet hasn't been steamed since they built the hotel. When I got on the elevator, there were stains all down the wall outside the door. There were bags of trash or dirty linens in the hallway and the smell upstairs was even worst than the smell in the lobby. Once I walked in the room I knew I would got to another hotel. There were white liquid stains on the couch and stains on the chair. The room layout made no sense as the tv stand was in the the middle of the room, cords coming out of the back, stretching to the wall. The window was so dirty I could barely see out of it. It was just nasty. The front desk agent did say the white stains were "bleach and dried paint" but giving the other options/possibilities I chose not to risk it.

Overall a nice hotel not too far from downtown Boston. A bit of construction going on near the hotel. Really close to the outlets / shops (though the hotel faces the back of the buildings and you have to walk around to the other side).
