The hotel is nice and clean however the factor of paying $55 per day for parking got me disappointed. The hotel also has a distinct nursing home entrance smell but the inside doesn’t. Breakfast was great. Pool was good except the water was a bit cold. Night housekeeping not present. I asked for stuff before 9pm and I didn’t get it. I had to call again the next day and got blanket and Pillow.

There is a highway close by and one could hears passing. They need some sound barriers. No complementary water or coffee or tea after meal times. Maybe its Boston.

Love location of this hotel to Spaulding rehab. Did not like finding that they’d reserved a handicap room for me. Staff fantastic. Room had no coffee machine, saggy bed.

We stayed here just for one night as a little getaway. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was quite delicious. An easy walk from the Museum of Science and to the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very busy weekend at this hotel. My room wasn't ready at 4 PM for check-in. At first, the front desk told me I needed to wait, but I was lucky to speak with a different staff member who upgraded me because there were no rooms ready in the type I had booked. This is how hotels should do it - if the issue is based on a hotel error, make it right! My only other issue was that the pool was unusable; it was so cold that the children refused to swim in it, and it was out of commission for quite a while because the hotel had drained the pool and discovered an issue. We booked this hotel for the pool, and not being able to use it was a big disappointment. Otherwise, it is a fine property with a good breakfast in a nice location.
