The room was huge, clean. There were great amenities - feeling like it was your own apartment away from home. Front desk staff ppl were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and nice lots of options.

Experience was decent. Tried to check in at 3pm and had to wait. Which is fine. We also were moved to an inferior room than we paid for. Room was nice heat/ac was very noisy and only one of the tvs had access to channels. So we paid for a room we didnt get, paid for time we had to wait, and the room we got was not up to expectations for the price.

We had an amazing stay here! Hassan at the reception even upgraded our suite at the check in, which was super sweet. The hotel and the suite itself was very elegant, immaculately clean, and had plenty of amenities. A separate shout out to Miguel and kitchen staff who were sweet enough to open the kitchen for us when we missed breakfast by 5 minutes on our first morning—we really appreciated you guys! Overall an amazing experience! We’re definitely coming back!

Room cleanliness is way below average. And the staff especially ladies at the front desk they are very unfriendly. Unlike the other residence inn, residence inn natick charges high rates on daily parking. The only positive about this hotel is the location where you spend the whole day out. But I guess nearby hotels could options too for next visit.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre because it lacked bacon. They also charged $10 a night to self park in their lot. Bad idea.

Customer service was excellent, the staff were extremely pleasant, the only negative I’d say is that the ice machine didn’t work, which is such a nothing problem. Everything else was clean and comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back!
