It was a great room and very good food for breakfast, nice reception area Just our air coundtioner vibranted loudly when it was cool, but not on heat, a ice bucket should be in each room and more than one bar of soap,and more spoons in the kitchen to eat with.

The breakfast in the morning offered a great variety of items, which made for a nice start to the day. On the first night there was a fire alarm caused by a microwave, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently, and the rest of the stay was very pleasant.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar o serviço e a limpeza

O Hotel em geral é bom, bem localizado e com amplo estacionamento mas tem muitas coisas que precisam melhorar: A limpeza não é diária e deixa muito a desejar, o lixo fica muitas vezes sem ser recolhido. O café da manhã é repetitivo, ficamos 2 semanas, todos os dias iguais, com pequenissimas variações. Persiana com um dos black out estragado, pedimos 3 X o conserto e desistimos. Muito ruim pois a claridade atrapalhava o sono logo cedo. Travesseiros ruins, grossos demais ou finos e sem consistência. não é padrão Marriott! Não fornecem amenidades nos banheiros, como hidratante, touca de banho, algodão, cotonetes, etc O sabonete em barra se desmancha no primeiro uso. Péssima qualidade. Produtos não são repostos nos dias de limpeza, como café e leite, apesar de ter uma cafeteira no quarto (que fica sem função). Na rcepção, algumas pessoas não falam outro idioma além do nativo. Salva-se dessa a Maria, muito gentil e solicita.
