It is with a sad heart that I leave this review. For years I have been staying at the Revere Hotel, and have noticed the glaring decline of what I once considered to be an outstanding property. I am fortunate to have always stayed in suites at the Revere, which is obviously a more expensive booking. Now I don’t want this to come out the wrong way, but if I’m spending $450+ for a room, I expect it to at least be well maintained. During my recent stay at the Revere I was surprised when my room was in bad shape. From stains on the rug, to wabbling tables, to stained pillow cases. The heaters do not work properly, and they had to send up a very nice engineer to help solve that problem. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at the Revere. An employee told me that she believes they are scheduled for an entire upgrade renovation to happen to the property in 2026. Let’s hope she is right.

Hotel staffs were nice and friendly lobby and lounge area was nice but room was a little bit dirty especially the corners on the floors and baseboards were dusty and dirty which made the room looked old and worn. Rooms were very quiet and lots of dining around.

The room was very poorly equipped. No comforter for the cold weather. We had to ask for some more blankets. No bathrobes , no slippers no shower cap. Very dissatisfying for the amount of money we’ve paid. Breakfast was good but service not satisfying.

Nice rooms but very disappointing that the rooftop wasn't open when we were there. The deck didn't have any seating so basically a 'stand and take a look' situation. Staff was very good with our limited interaction.

The location us wonderful. The hotel is close ti evening including the train station. There is a restaurant in the hotel which was very convenient while it was pouring rain outside. The hotel itself is very pretty. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This was our 3rd sray in this hotel and we will be back every time we r in Boston.

Nice, clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. However we were told by front desk staff to check out the roof top bar on Saturday afternoon when it opened for the season. We did, but were kicked out after 5 minutes because they were asking for a $25 cover charge. It was a little embarrassing and due to poor communication between front desk staff and bar staff.
