For a 3 star hotel, this place exceeded my expectations. Was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but that was quickly removed from my mind. Check in was easy. They accommodated my request to be near the elevator as i have difficulties walking far. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with a nice cotton comforter and plush pillows and we were well stocked with towels. The breakfast had both hot and cold food and didnt disappoint. They had coffee in lobby 24x7 almost. They came up a little short on the room amenities. There was no non-decaf coffee available and no bags for the ice buckets and the breakfast was out of some items. So maybe just a little more effort on ordering enough. Would have rated 5 stars then. Some comments regarding daily housekeeping not happening which i find is very common now except if you stay at a 5 star hotel. Most times we just want trash emptied and sometimes new towels but not for short stays of 3 nights or less. Not enough workers to accomodate that anymore plus it is wasteful. Costs have to be cut somewhere and im ok with my room not being cleaned everyday. Dont even do that at home. Will definitely stay there again.

Very accommodating! We were impressed that our room was available for a morning check-in. All staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was great too! Many items to choose from from hot to cold. Definitely recommend staying here.

Room was ok but not the cleanest. Found a used washcloth hanging from shower rod. Indoor pool was very cloudy. We would not use. Room was not worth the cost.

The Staff was super nice & helpful. I loved the area where it was located lots of stores, mall & stuff do around the area. I didn't like how I was told their wasn't enough staff so room service would only come every other day, I was their Mon-Thurs & the only day house keeping came was when I was leaving. I also mainly went their for the hot tub & pool but when I got their my first day & a half the hot tub wasn't working. Their was never enough towels to be able to goto pool & shower after would have to wait a hour or 2 to get more clean towels or shower every other day!

It was clean and the staff friendly. However when I left dirty towels out, dthey did not replace with clean ones. I was using a sheet whwn I would sit on the couch and when they refreshrd the room tjey took ot and did not replace.
