The rooms are good, staff are extremely helpful and kind. There is no place to sit in the hotel other than your room. The Japanese restaurant is awful! Good for someone who’s never had Japanese food. Great location. Don’t like that they bring dogs into the room to do sweeps, feel this is unhygienic. Great for a short stay.

A nice hotel

Service was great. Room was average. They currently don’t have a gym to use, I didn’t see that noted anywhere when I booked. Location was great, close to good eating, drinking and shopping, everything within a beautiful walk.

This is a great hotel but we were unfortunate to be given a room next to the lift (412 - avoid) but were moved to another, however the smoke alarm battery died at 1am and this started beeping - this was sorted quickly and the hotel refunded $100 which was excellent. We will definitely consider staying here again

Beautifully decorated rooms. We booked two rooms and one was upgraded to a large suite with a separate living room. The place had a great old school Boston vibe and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
