Very decent hotel with direct connection to a parking garage. Located near tons of shopping and restaurants. Staff was very attentive and responsive which was very appreciated. Only complaint about this hotel is whoever sleeps in the bed located next to the AC unit in the double rooms is going to have an experience as the air blow right on you.

Hotel Restaurant is Closed on Weekends

It was okay- very clean very comfortable but thats expected at this price. Weird setup with lobby and the elevators hard to explain. The thing they dont tell you is the hotel restaurant is CLOSED all day Saturday and Sunday, every weekend. Food court is open but what we had wasnt that good.

We liked the hotel - it was clean, the room was very nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The reason that I’m rating it as poor is because of greed; I flew in from Canada after having to leave my house at 5:00 am, and my daughter was coming in from a 7:40 am flight from Florida, so we were both exhausted when we arrived. I called the front desk upon arriving and asked for an early check-in, around 11:00. I was told that our room was available, and there would a $50 charge for early check in. I agreed as we needed somewhere to freshen up and relax before our 2:30 pm appointment. As a room was available, at what appeared to be at no extra expense or inconvenience to the hotel, the Inn then charging a customer $50 (on top of the $345 charge for the night) is just plain greedy in my opinion, and not very “hospitable”. Although this seems par for the course these days, such as surge pricing for airfare and ride shares, this does not mean it’s ok. Just because you can get away with an extra charge doesn’t mean that it’s acceptable. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and recommend that travelers find somewhere else to stay that truly understands what “hospitality” means.

The room we had was not renovated yet so it was old, and had broken toilet seat. One of the 2 elevators was broken while we were there so it took Forever. They do add on a daily Facility Fee of $29.11 to your bill, even if you've prepaid for your room. I found that to be less than transparent for the room cost. They do this by taking a $50 Security Deposit upon check-in..I did check and only the $29.11 was run thru.

Staff at the hotel were heartless and unsympathetic. We were going to be staying for two nights for our son’s surgery. It got canceled that morning. They refused to refund the $750 because it wasn’t 24 hour notice. We got a 10 minute notice from his surgeon that there was a flood in the OR and his surgery was canceled for that day and rescheduled. They didn’t even offer to give us the two nights of the new operation date. We would have been even booking for the following surgery had the stay been ok. We had enough to deal with including paying for this to learn they have no feelings towards their customers. Having a hotel where the best hospitals are I would have thought we would have been treated better than this business. No we didn’t take out insurance for the stay. This date we got we had no plans to cancel it at all. He was in need of this surgery. Thankfully his surgery took place 5 days later without a problem and his next surgery in a couple days. I would not recommend this place at all for anyone having to be near the hospital. The hotels close by maybe a better option
