While the room was in good condition, the Bistro was never open, even when I waited for someone to speak to me. I went to the ground level to use the gym and pool, but there was a strong smell of garbage on this floor. If you have the waste system down there, make sure that it is clean, or mask the smell.

The light switch for the overhead light and the bedside lamp didn’t work. Also there was pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and there was a plug socket in the bathroom that didn’t work. Otherwise lovely!

Parking garage charges Housekeeping not refilling coffee - I then went thru the fancy QR code which limited what i could request but was pointless since nothing ever came anyway. I ended up having to go down to the lobby to beg, and they literally gave me just a coffe, no cup/creamer, or anything else. Oh and also ridiculous noise every night, and my wife had to keep calling to complaain. Very disappoi ted

Room was clean and spacious, and pretty well appointed. It's a big hotel with easy self parking, and right off of I-95, so pretty convenient location too. Staff was friendly. We had a good experience here and consider this hotel great value too. Highly recommend!
