Trash & recycling Empty all trash bins (kitchen & bathroom) into the outdoor bins. Bins are located: outside the backyard shed. Keys & exit Close door and it will automatically lock behind you.

My husband, best friend and I stayed here for the CU homecoming weekend. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 2-night stay at a reasonable price. We would have walked to campus if the weather had been a little warmer but getting an Uber was super easy. Communication with the host was great.
