Very close to everything in Boulder. We were able to park our motorcycle trailer easily. The cabin was well stocked with soap and towels and toiletries. WiFi was good. The gas station market next door was very convenient.
The location worked great for our planned hikes between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was good, which were our main requirements. But the place could have been a lot more comfortable if it had actual kitchen table instead of a 24" (?) round table and at least one night stand by the bed. Our laptop pretty much took up the kitchen table and there was no place to put anything even though the space was plenty big enough to fit those items. Also, it would be nice if the mini-fridge had a small freezer section.to be able to make ice or hold some ice cream. :-) It is a larger model and we had one that size that had a small freezer. I highly recommend picking up any grocery necessities at Clarks Market in Escalante or Chuck.Wagon Market in Torrey. Hills and Hollows Market next door to the studio seemed to be 30-40% higher and had a very limited selection.
Perfect base for exploring the area. Nice view of the valley. Peaceful and quiet. Nice AC. Comfortable bed, slept great every night. Simple and straightforward. We would definitely stay again.
The studio was exactly as described. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The size of the refrigerator was adequate for my needs, although I did miss having a freezer to keep ice in (the mini market next door does sell ice, as well as other staples). While the appearance of the area (not the studio itself) may seem a little "junky" I never felt unsafe (over 65 woman traveling alone). It was very quiet. I would stay here again.
Perfect stop if you are moving between Grand Staircase (20 minutes) and Capitol Reef (1 hour). Clean and well stocked with linens and dishes. Great communication. Backs up to a very well stocked mini mart with gas.
Cute place. Good location. Shower was horrible, but is going to be fixed. Would be nice if they had a stove top. Over all, we had a had nice stay. The manger was awesome.
Quiet, almost isolated location in beautiful rural setting. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was nicely stocked with needed items and some extras.
The place is as described. Pretty basic and was good for what we needed. We chose to stayin Boulder because we heard yhe food options were great but they were all closed for the day or closed at 6pm, so that was a bust. Thankfully there was a food truck open or we would have not been able to eat dinner. The market that the room was close to closes at 7pm. Plan accordingly.
Awesome location next to a great store with wonderful local items and good food/beverages!Little taco truck and a unique art studio all within walking distance of the property! Two desert dogs enjoyed the morning sunrise with us before we left. Great stay!
Nice and quiet stay in Boulder, UT. Only 15-20 minutes from Lower Calf Creek Falls in Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument. Large studio apartment with kitchenette, comfy bed and privacy. The bathroom was a little tight and not as updated as the rest of the apartment, but overall we had a very nice stay.
Quiet and private. Just the way I like it. Very simple setup. Not good for any more than a single or a couple. Great location for exploring. One "complaint" is the shower. It is kinda small and the door doesn't easily latch so there is minor water spillage. Not a big deal
Very cute little studio behind Hills and Hollow which was great when we needed a few last minute items! Very comfortable bed, nice view, and a great launching off point for your exploration in boulder. One noteâdo not lock the bottom lock! It is noted in the check-in instructions but no signage elsewhere so just another reminder here. Very cute, would stay again!
VRBO let us down but the property mgr was outstanding
The property was lovely and the bed comfy. There was a small issue with the shower door not staying latched which created a small easy to clean up water mess.
AS per the title VRBO did not and still has not solved my issue with being able to log in on my phone VRBO app. I can log on on my laptop using the supplied access code. There phone app requires a password which i have. I did all the so called fixes VRBO's tech dept. asked of me with no resolve and have sent the screen shot of the Error which states: The operation couldn't be completed (Networking API.Networking Error error 0.)
I liked the beautiful location and the safe feeling of the property. The shower was an abomination. The shower head was clogged and the shower door wouldnât stay closed. You had to be inside the shower to turn it on which meant that you had to endure cold water for the first few minutes of the shower. The shower head was so clogged we couldnât rinse the shampoo out of our hair. The shower could be easily fixed with a handheld.
