Needs improvement

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Toilet in our room was perpetually clogged and did not work correctly. Housekeeping did a poor job-only 2 towels, 1 washcloth provided, in spite of being a 4 person room. Breakfast was very minimal; sausage was cold both mornings.

Room 238 was a disaster. The toilet was plugged before we even took the room . The staff made me try plunge it instead of sending help. It was impossible to unplug. The previous tenants left trash and the sink valve assembly was very loose. This hotel was terrible

not a good place to stay if you want to relax.

Homeless people all over outside. Near one entrance by our room was an entire homeless camp of stuff next to the door. Hallways smell strong of cigarettes. Was warned there are sensors and will be charged $500 every time it detects anything. Entire trip was spent worried the hotel would drain my vacation money by claiming I was smoking when it was peole in the halls and stuff. I will never stay here again because I spent the entire trip worrying about that happening. Try to make your guests feel welcome so they can enjoy their stay. Instead of punishing us while letting idiots smoke in the halls.

You get what you pay for. Cheap pricing 20 minutes out of downtown Boulder. Ceiling in the bathroom was a mess, no trash bins outside of the facility, and no one at the front desk in the evening. They only clean the room every 3 days. Relatively clean, good pricing, but again, you get what you pay for.

The room was fine and staff was friendly. The floor in the bathroom and entrance to the room was filthy and covered in paint and dirt that I was able to pick up with a wet piece of tissue. This indicates to me that the floor was not mopped Cleaning staff.
