Maison Labarde was once the principle farmhouse of what is now a small ensemble of holiday cottages.
Beautifully renovated throughout and with a private, heated swimming pool.

The immaculate accommodation is spread over two floors. With a large glazed terrace, wc, kitchen dining room and a spacious lounge area with large leather sofas on the ground floor and a master bedroom with en suite, two further bedrooms and a family shower room on the first floor.

The large covered terrace is a real feature of Maison Labarde.
Comfortable sofas, a large wooden dining table and chairs and a large outback gas BBQ make this the perfect spot to relax with a good book, something sparkly, and the lovely views across the gardens and towards the local village.
There are also dining tables in the lounge and kitchen which is equipped with everything you could ever need.

From your large private terrace you are surrounded by the beautiful landscaped gardens with a pathway leading to the new 9m x 4m heated swimming pool.
The large lawn area is perfect for playing garden games and is the perfect spot for a picnic with the beautiful views across the farmland towards the village of Bourlens.

All three of the bedrooms at Maison Labarde are found on the first floor. All have been recently renovated with beautiful decoration, sumptuous soft furnishings and meticulous attention to detail.

The spacious master bedroom has a kingsize bed, solid oak handmade fitted wardrobes and a newly fitted en suite with a bath and separate shower.

The second double bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a bright and airy feel with views across the valley.

The third twin bedroom has two single beds and views across the gardens .

Relaxing time in a well equipped cottage.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here. The whole purpose of our holiday was to unwind, which we did very successfully. The house is very spacious with every amenity you could wish for. The kitchen is well-equipped and cooking outside is made simple with the new barbecue. The pool is lovely - heated very effectively. Evenings outside under the canopy watching the sun go down were so relaxing. It gets hot here, but there is an effective fan in every room should you need it! The local area with all it’s bastide towns is great fun to explore too, particularly with acre upon acre of sunflowers at this time of year. Birds were also plentiful around the cottage. Black kites circling and a family of Golden Orioles, amongst others. Anna and Paul were great hosts. Full of information, but not intrusive. We highly recommend this cottage!
