Its a good place for a days trip. We went to Bournemouth for a day to visit the beach, we mainly used the hotel to wash and relax after a whole day at bea h.
The toilets were not very clean, the room is very basic but sleeps 4 very nicer as we took the family rooms and it had 2 seperate single beds. Breakfast was also very basic no vegan or had limited vegetarian options -wasnt worth the money
We had a lovely one night stay here.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
It was easy and a quick walk to the beach and bus service ran frequently just outside the hotel.
It advertises free parking but it isnât. You have to pay for your stay it was ÂŁ7 for 24hours
Bookd through Expedian they gave wrong check in times no info about hotel rude staff wouldnt warm babys milk for us and property was smelly really run down defo aint bookin there again
While Travelodge cannot lay claim to being a fancy 5-Star facility like some, plenty must be stated about the cleanliness, attention to detail and sheer effort by Ana, Tamas and all the other supervisors and staff. The take their jobs seriously and better still do it with professionalism and a smile - In todays global currency, that means a lot. I was in residence for a full week and experienced hospitality and support every day. So weâll done all and Iâll definitely be looking forward to coming back to Bournemouth.
