Casa de las Dos Palmas

The house is amazingly situated, with fantastic views and access of the lake and in easy driving distance from Guatapé, Peñol and Piedro de Peñol. But, once you are at the house, you may never want to leave! Enjoy your meals on the large deck, BBQ on the built in grill, drinks on the upper deck. At dusk receive a visit from our resident Barranquero . Hikers will find a path steps from the house that will take you across a bridge to explore untouched areas. Or, just nap in a hammock!


The Space
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs master (accessible by outdoor stairs) has a large king, a double sleeper sofa, private deck and bathroom. The main floor has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with a bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on top. This room also has a floor mattress that rolls out from under the bunk. The bunk room has a private bathroom. The double room has a hall bath.
The kitchen should meet most of your light cooking needs and there is a fantastic built in BBQ on the deck. (Please bring in your water and BBQ coal). There are many meters of water access and the lake is swimmable, but does get quite deep!
There is a washing machine, a microwave, coffee maker and blender.
