A private estate on seven acres Loblolly enables family and friends to switch off from the rest of the world and to simply enjoy being together. With over 10,000 sf of living and entertaining space there is plenty of room for quite reflection as well as large family get togethers.
The interiors are absolutely stunning, hard wood floors, high ceilings and beautiful furnishings create a calm and restorative ambience, and the exteriors and landscaped gardens are equally as breathtaking. If you are looking for privacy, tranquillity, luxurious finishings and true Caribbean charm this property is hard to beat.
The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms all with balconies offering expansive ocean views. and there are three large receptions rooms. There is a magnificent kitchen which has been equipped for chefs and enthusiastic cooks alike. There is a formal dining room inside as well as exterior shaded dining, shielded from the sun by flowering vines. A BBQ area is nearby and just a few moment walk from the iconic swimming pool with deep water diving and a shallow end.
With views of the ocean and outer islands and a five-minute drive to the nearby marina and bars and restaurants this is the perfect land base to enjoy and experience the very best of the BVI.
